I have used the iFlo USB Heating Eye Mask for several months now - and I wouldn't want to be without it! I use it once or twice a day. My dry eyes have gone from too painful despite eye drops every 30-60 minutes, to being manageable with just about 3-4 x eye drops a day. My quality of life has improved significantly!
Seeing that I travel quite a bit, this USB powered mask has been a great solution for me because I can use it everywhere I go - either via USB outlets or with one of my personal external battery packs. And the mask, cable and one of my small battery packs fit neatly in the compact zippable pouch so I can take it with me easily.
In addition, an aspect that positively surprised me, was that I discovered a wonderful side effect: namely that the warmth over my eyes helps me to relax and wind down, so I feel that for me personally, using the mask daily in the evening has also improved my sleep.
