AnterVue has a one-year full warranty against manufacturer defect. If the device has an issue, please contact us. We will send fixing instructions and spare parts to assist you fixing the device.

If the device is out of warranty, we will charge reasonable cost for the spare parts or arrange pick up to repair and ship back to the customer.
